AI Output & Content License
Rights and responsibilities for inputs, AI-generated outputs, and ArtCreate AI platform materials.
Last updated: 2026-07-11
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It explains the rights that apply to material submitted to and generated through ArtCreate AI.
1. Your input
You retain the rights you already have in prompts, images, video, audio, lyrics, instructions, and other material you submit (Input). You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use that Input, including consent for identifiable people, voices, faces, private information, brands, and third-party works.
You give ArtCreate AI and the providers involved in your task a non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, adapt, and process Input only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and support the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Generated output
As between you and ArtCreate AI, and to the extent ArtCreate AI owns any rights in an output, we assign or license those rights to you after the applicable task is lawfully paid for or completed. You may use the output for personal or commercial purposes unless the task screen, selected model terms, your plan, or applicable law states a different restriction.
This does not mean that every AI output is protected by copyright or exclusively owned. Copyright and similar rights may depend on jurisdiction and the amount of human creative contribution. Outputs may be similar to material generated for others.
3. Provider and model conditions
Different models may have different licenses, acceptable-use rules, attribution requirements, or commercial-use limits. Conditions shown in the generation interface or linked provider terms apply to that task and take priority over a general statement on this page where they conflict.
If you use a third-party model through your own credentials or connection, you are also responsible for that provider agreement.
4. Your responsibilities
Before publishing, selling, or using an output in a campaign or product, you must review it for accuracy, safety, originality, and third-party rights. In particular:
- do not assume an output is unique or cleared for trademarks, copyright, publicity, privacy, music, or design rights;
- obtain required consent for identifiable people, voices, faces, and digital replicas;
- do not remove provenance labels or disclosures where law or the product requires them;
- do not claim human authorship or exclusive rights where that would be misleading; and
- comply with the Terms of Service, applicable law, and model-specific restrictions.
5. Platform materials
ArtCreate AI's software, interface, brand, documentation, templates, sample prompts, and original website content remain the property of the operator or its licensors. You may use them only as part of the Service. No right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing service is granted except where law expressly permits.
6. No rights guarantee
ArtCreate AI does not warrant that an output is copyrightable, unique, accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular use. We cannot transfer rights we do not own. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law grants you directly.
For a task-specific licensing question, send the model name, task identifier, intended use, and country of use through the Support Center.
