Refund Policy

How cancellations, credit adjustments, and refund requests are handled.

Last updated: 2026-07-11

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through ArtCreate AI. If you purchased through a third-party marketplace or reseller, that seller's process may apply. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority over this policy.

1. Canceling a subscription

You may cancel future renewal through the billing controls available in your account or through the Support Center. Unless the checkout or account screen states otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund charges already paid.

2. Credit adjustments for failed tasks

AI generation is probabilistic. A result that is technically complete but does not match a preferred style is not, by itself, a technical failure.

If our systems or support review confirms that a task failed because of a qualifying platform or provider error, we may restore the credits used for that task. Duplicate deductions, tasks that never reached the provider, and corrupted or inaccessible results are examples we may review. Keep the task identifier when contacting Support.

3. Refund requests

We review requests for duplicate or unauthorized charges, billing errors, prolonged service unavailability, and other circumstances required by law. Submit the order identifier, transaction date, reason, and relevant task identifiers through Support as soon as reasonably possible.

Completed generations, consumed credits, expired credits, and partially used billing periods are generally not refundable except where the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise. We do not limit cooling-off, withdrawal, conformity, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

4. Processing an approved refund

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time and currency conversion are controlled by the payment provider and financial institution. Taxes or fees are refunded where applicable.

5. Abuse and charge disputes

We may deny requests involving fraud, policy abuse, or material breach, subject to applicable law. Contact Support before starting a charge dispute so we can investigate; this does not prevent you from using rights available through your payment provider or law.
