Frequently asked questions
Credits and billing
How many credits will a task use?
The amount is shown in the generation panel before submission. It can change with the model, output count, duration, resolution, and other parameters.
Do credits expire or roll over?
The rule shown for the plan or credit purchase at checkout applies. Credits can have different validity periods; they should not be treated as money or assumed to last forever.
Can I get a refund?
Confirmed technical failures may qualify for a credit restoration. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and legally required refunds are reviewed through Support. A technically completed result that differs from your aesthetic preference is generally not a failure. See the Refund Policy.
Tasks and Agent runs
Why is a task still processing?
Video and provider-backed tasks may be queued. Keep the task identifier and check activity later instead of submitting duplicates. If the status does not change for an unusual amount of time, contact Support.
What happens if one Agent step fails?
The run keeps step-level status. Earlier completed work can remain available while the failed step is reported. Depending on the failure, you may retry, revise the instruction, change a model, or continue from an available result.
Can I close the page during a long run?
Submitted runs are designed to continue independently from the current page. Return to the Agent or activity history to inspect progress. Provider outages or deployment changes can still interrupt work, so download important final files.
Content and rights
Can I use an output commercially?
Often, but not under one universal guarantee. Usage depends on the selected model terms, conditions shown for the task, applicable law, and the rights in your Input. Read the AI Output & Content License.
Does ArtCreate AI guarantee copyright ownership?
No. AI output may not qualify for copyright in every jurisdiction and may resemble other output. ArtCreate AI grants only rights it actually has. Your human creative contribution and local law can affect protection.
Are my uploads private?
Uploads are processed to provide the task and may be sent to the selected AI provider. ArtCreate AI does not train its own foundation models on private content unless clearly disclosed and any required consent is obtained. See the Privacy Policy for providers, retention, and choices.
Quality and troubleshooting
How can I improve an unexpected result?
Use one clear subject and action, match the prompt to the selected duration, define what must stay consistent, and change one variable at a time. For reference workflows, describe the change rather than repeating every visible detail.
Where can I report a problem?
Use the Support Center. Include the task or order identifier, model, approximate time, expected behavior, and a screenshot that does not expose secrets.
